is a non-profit organization that was formed in 2002 by Kumu Lynette Kaʻōpuiki. Her teachings are based on tradition, learning from different kumu throughout her life including Kumu Elaine Kaʻōpuiki and Kumu Kekoa Yap. Today, the transition of the hālau is underway. Alakaʻi Kayci (Kanoe) Kaʻōpuiki and Alakaʻi Adriana (Kūlia) Sanchez have slowly took the reign and are studying leadership skills as the main teachers of the hālau. Our goal is to keep tradition alive by sharing the culture through hula and ʻoli.
